The event in St Petersburg takes place in the cultural center Taiga.

The afternoon starts at 12.00h with an introduction to larping, followed by the game. The larp will end around 16.30h with a debrief. 

At 17.00h, the panel discussion starts. The guests are:

- Ekaterina Vorobyeva - project manager at Ecology and Business, the Russian partner of Helcom.
- Yuri Shevchuk - director of the NGO 'Green Cross' and chairman of the Public Council of the governor of the Leningrad Oblast.
- Mike Pohjola - the Finnish author and creative director of Baltic Warriors.

The panel is moderated by Maria Zhevlakova - trainer and consultant at the Center for Transboundary Cooperation in St Petersburg.

Sopot/Tricity

The event in Sopot/Tricity will take place at the Beach Theatre/ Klub Atelier!

The afternoon starts at 12.00h with an introduction to larping, followed by the game. The larp will end around 16.30h with a debrief. 

At 17.00h, the panel discussion starts. Guests will be introduced soon!

Wydarzenie w Sopocie/Trójmieście gościć będzie Teatr na plaży oraz Klub Atelier przy ul. Mamuszki 2.

Rozpoczniemy w samo południe, o godzinie 12:00. Na początek opowiemy uczestnikom czym są larpy i jak wyglądać będzie nasza gra. Następnie poprowadzimy specjalne warsztaty, a ok 13:00 rozpoczniemy larp Baltic Warriors. Gra trwa około dwóch i pół godziny i powinna zakończyć się około 16:30.

O godzinie 17:00 rozpocznie się debata na temat problemu eutrofizacji Bałyku. Wkrótce zaprezentujemy obecnych na niej gości!

Ważna informacja: z racji międzynarodowego charakteru wydarzenia, zarówno gra, jak i debata, zostaną poprowadzone w języku angielskim
